It should have been just a part-time job during my university studies. Turns out, it’s a love affair that lasts… well, at least until now. I’ve been in IT recruitment for over 10 years and IT people haven’t stopped to amaze me with their sense of humour and savviness. Each of them is a personality that has to be taken care of. And that’s why I’m here for. Love food. Hate stupidity.

I’m a Czech Moldavian girl surrounded by IT professionals, including my closest family. So it felt natural for me to jump headfirst into the IT world. Soon, I realised that it's the true calling I have been looking for all along. And what do I enjoy? You know the feeling when you keep testing what flavour tastes the best, which colour fits you most or what job will finally make you happy? Well, I also went through that craziness, before I dived into the deep waters of IT headhunting. I now have a perfect combo of a great team, contact with really interesting candidates and also a sense of meaning in my work. I hide nothing from the candidates. Well, almost nothing. :)

Imagine a typical college girl who was looking for a place to fit in. During high school I already peeked into IT thanks to my best friend. Now that I think about it, that was likely a crucial element to why I like working with developers so much and also why I understand them.
